A
Holy Communion service under the auspices of St Hildeburgh's is to be held at a
Hoylake restaurant.
The
service, conducted by our Vicar, Rev’d Paul, will take place at the Monte Carlo
restaurant in Market Street on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 11am.
Paul,
who has emphasised the importance of taking the church into the community since
he became Vicar eight months ago, arranged the service with the restaurant manager
after eating there with Gillian on ‘bargain menu’ evenings.
Paul
said: “I hope that many of our congregation will be able to get to the service
– it will probably be a new experience for all of us.”
And
he guarantees there will be no service charge!
